Kathleen A. Manley

I do not live full time in Westford, but spend a great deal of time at my family's farm on Manley Road. While growing up and living outside of Boston, I am fortunate to spend a great deal of time in northern Vermont where both of my grandfathers were dairy farmers. I am inspired by Vermont landscapes and often paint rural scenes en plein air. My paintings have been described as lyrical and evocative of a simpler time.

The three paintings that I have submitted depict hay bales at Manley Farm at different times of year: Falling Leaves, Oil; Hay Bales Aglow, Oil; Bales in Winter Landscape, Oil.
